Itinerary
Day1:
Arrival. Introduction of the place, surrounding mountain
ranges, peaks, rivers, and villages.
Day 2:
Acclimatization walk/ hiking around the camp.
Day3: Trekking
to a waterfall, Demostration of Rock climbing and rappelling
in the after noon.
Day 4: Uphill
trek along a mountain stream; on the way activity: bush craft
& wild craft.
Day 5: Into the
fairyland of snows (in spring and summer; on the way activity:
snow
fun).
On high altitude meadows (in monsoon & autumn; on the way
activity: Himalayan vegetation)
Day 6: Sight
seeing to Rohtang Pass and Manali town

Itinerary
Seasons—Spring
and Summer: April to July 15th
the acclimatization
~Day
1.: -- Arrival at Manali in the morning; immediately after
reaching at bus stand you will be shifted to the Camp. After a
welcome hot drink and later breakfast it is your day at the
camp. You can spend your day according to your will at the
camp. Late in the afternoon guide will take you to a nearby
village. While walking to village and back guide will talk
about the place, surrounding mountain ranges, peaks, rivers,
and villages.

Day 2: -- Acclimatization walk around the camp. Steep walk up
the hill; waterfalls, dense forest all will be introduced to
you at your 2nd day only. But it is merely a
preview of the coming pleasures.

~Day
3: --- Trekking to the Forest Camp. After having your
breakfast you will leave for the camp in the forest up on the
mountain. By lunch you will be at the camp after a walk of
four or five hours. This is your home for the next two days.
After doing a long trek for which you may not be habitual it
is better that you spend your evening relaxing in the close
proximity of Nature.
~Day
4: ---- Jungle walk around the camp: Wild craft, bush
craft to do and, flora and fauna to see and know. Beside this
there will be a lot more to arouse curiosity_ _ you raise your
eyes in one direction and have many questions to ask_ _ _
really a tough time for our guide facing a volley of
questions.
~Day
5: ---- Trekking to the snow point further up on the mountain.
You learn a few things of snow craft there and come down to
the camp. Pass your evening relaxing in the camp.

6: ---- Camping on the snow! And you will find yourself in a
completely different world. Here you will be prepared to climb
steeper slopes by giving some useful tips and demonstrating
some techniques to you by the skilled guides of Himalayan
Mountain Sojourns..
~Day7:
----- Height Gain- An attempt is made to scale a peak of a
height not more than 15000 ft. to get a sense of achievement
This is an activity for fun in the snow. First you climb up
and then glissade down to the camp.
Day 8: ----
Descend down to the Base Camp. After taking the breakfast you
start your back journey to the Base Camp. As it is easy to
descend you will be at BC in the afternoon without halting at
the Forest Camp on the mid way.

9: --- Local Sight Seeing Tour that includes all the places of
tourist interest in and around Manali. Shopping in the
evening.
